Yoga classes will now be offered at the Arts Center twice a week, on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:15 p.m. and on Monday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Join instructor Blythe Brown for classes appropriate for all levels that include slow warming up poses, breathing exercises and basic yoga sequences in a flow style. Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Drop-ins are welcome! Members $12: non-members $15.
