Pottery Camp Out for Kids
We asked kids what they wanted, and this is it! A sleepover where you play with clay! On Sunday, October 23, from 1-3 p.m., Georgette Sanders will meet with students to help them make clay animals, bowls, or whatever else they want to create. On Friday, November 11, the group will glaze their work, cook hot dogs and marshmallows over an open fire, listen to stories, and spend the night at the Arts Center. Students must be at least four years old and should bring sleeping gear and washable clothing. Fee: $45 for 2011 members and $60 for non-members. Food and supplies are included in the class fee.
